So, who the heck is this High Performance Coach, anyways?
Hello gorgeous, I’m Jais!
I started my career cleaning yachts and working summers at a boatyard. Today, I am an Operations Engineer at a major energy company and have worked on four continents on bulk carriers, underwater cable laying ships, and oil rigs.
I am obsessed with helping other women succeed. If you’re looking to achieve amazing things in your career, you need to uplevel your mindset, and you need to do it with a plan. If you’re looking to get the confidence and skillset to test for that higher merchant marine license, get that promotion, or break into a whole new field, you’re in the right place. Being a woman in a male dominated field means you already have grit inside of you, and that’s your ticket for success: you just need to harness it and make it work for you.
Quick Quals: I’m a USCG/Liberian/Marshall Islands Licensed 2nd Assistant Engineer, OIM, and Barge Supervisor, Marathoner, Certified Jackup Rig Mover, Triathlete, World’s Toughest Mudder 24 Hour Finisher, Certified Life Coach, and 1st female graduate from my company’s fast track management program in the US. Try saying that three times fast.
Do you know how cool it is to tell people I was the first female to move a jackup in the Gulf of Mexico? Being a woman who does amazing things is literally the best feeling in the world. You already inspire people when you tell them you work on ships or in mines or around heavy equipment, but you have a legacy beyond that, so let’s help you unlock it.
I’ve learned that once you master your mind, you can do whatever you want to do and be who you want to be, confidently and on a whole new level, and I am here to help you accomplish just that.
